Mixed with the goodness of dal and pepper, hot rasam made using iPaaka Dill Pepper Rasam mix makes healthy food yummy. Storage Instructions: Use a clean and dry spoon.  Refrigerating it extends its shelf-life by another 3-6 months.  

Ingredients: Dill leaves, Pepper, Jeera, Tamarind, Salt, Coriander seeds, Turmeric, Dry Coconut, Hing, Green Chillies, Toor Dal, Curry leaves & Coriander leaves. 

Cooking Method:

  • For 40g (3 Tbsp approx.) of iPaaka Dill Pepper Rasam, and add 400ml warm water and mix well.  
  • Close the container with a lid and bring it to boil. Boil for 10 minutes on low flame. If needed, add salt as per your taste
  • For tempering, splutter 1 tsp mustard seeds in oil, 2-3 red chillies. Add to the rasam and cover with a lid to seal in the aroma. Serves 2.

Tip: Make the iPaaka Dill Pepper Rasam thick to enjoy it with rice or add more water to slurp it like a soup

Recommended: It tastes great with hot steamed rice or roti
