What better way than to slurrp as a soup? A generous amount of pepper in the Rasam makes it a perfect remedy for cold and cough.

Storage Instructions: Use a clean and dry spoon. Refrigerating it extends its shelf-life by another 3-6 months.
Ingredients: Dill leaves, Pepper, Jeera, Tamarind, Salt, Coriander seeds, Turmeric, Dry Coconut, Hing, Green Chillies, Toor Dal, Curry leaves & Coriander leaves.
- For 40g (3 Tbsp approx.) of iPaaka Dill Pepper Rasam, and add 400ml warm water and mix well.
- Close the container with a lid and bring it to boil. Boil for 10 minutes on low flame. If needed, add salt as per your taste
- For tempering, splutter 1 tsp mustard seeds in oil, 2-3 red chillies. Add to the rasam and cover with a lid to seal in the aroma. Serves 2.
Tip: Make the iPaaka Dill Pepper Rasam thick to enjoy it with rice or add more water to slurp it like a soup
