Storage Instructions: Use a clean and dry spoon. Refrigerating it extends its shelf-life by another 3-6 months.
Ingredients: Flattened Rice flakes, Tamarind, Jaggery, Turmeric, Peanuts, Red Chillies, Jeera, Hing, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Salt, Curry and Coriander leaves.
- Take about 150g of Masala Poha Mix in a bowl and add sufficient hot water to fully soak the mix.
- Now close the bowl with a plate or lid and set it aside for 5 mins.
- Relish with curd and papad.
Recommended: Add freshly grated coconut & Coriander leaves on top and serve.
