Bisibelebath is an authentic Karnataka recipe which is a complete food with rice, lentils and aromatic spices. Add in your choice of grain (rice, boiled rice, red rice, beaten/flattened rice, broken wheat, millets etc) and vegetables with iPaaka Bisibelebath mix to suit your taste. Adding beaten/flatten rice makes it light, adding millets makes it healthy. Either way it will be a wholesome meal with a home cooked food taste and fresh aroma.

Storage Instructions: Use a clean and dry spoon. Refrigerating it extends its shelf-life by another 3-6 months.
Ingredients: Lentils (Toor Dal), Red Chilli powder, Hing, Jaggery, Coconut Powder, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Cinnamon, Coriander, Salt, Curry and Coriander leaves
- For about 100g of iPaaka Bisibelebath Instant Mix, add 400ml water and let it boil on a medium flame.
- Now add 2 portions (enough for two) cooked rice and your choice of boiled vegetables (Carrot, French Beans, Potatoes, Green Peas, Onions etc) and let the mixture simmer for 5 mins.
- Season with mustard, cashews, curry leaves using oil/ghee and serve hot. Serves 2-3 people
Recommended: Add freshly chopped coriander leaves. Best served with iPaaka Kodubale or with Raita, Potato Chips or Boondi.
