Storage Instructions: Use a clean and dry spoon. Refrigerating it extends its shelf-life by another 3-6 months.
Ingredients: Roasted Semolina, Green Chili powder, Dry Ginger, Asafoetida, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Cashews, Salt, Curry and Coriander leaves
- Take about 400ml of water in a kadai and bring it to boil.
- Once the water starts to boil, add 150g of iPaaka Uppit mix and stir it into a uniform mixture
- Close the kadai with a plate or lid and cook it on a low flame for 5 mins
- Enjoy with iPaaka Chutneypudi or iPaaka Sambar or coconut chutney. Serves 2
Recommended: Add freshly grated coconut, Coriander leaves and ghee on top and serve.
