My father in law is admitted to a hospital and the canteen here sucks. After tasting afternoon food he was telling he doesn’t want dinner at all. House is far and traffic is maddening. Thankfully I had this in the bag I packed before leaving to hospital. I cooked it now at the hospital in pantry in a minute. He is now enjoying. Can’t thank you enough. Tasty not at all spicy
